I started taking Soya Isoflavones this month to try and induce ovulation.
I firstly induced my monthly with some left over prescription the doctors gave me, and took the SI on days 2 - 7. Starting off with 200mg and working up to 400mg. (They are half the strength of Clomid.)
On day 10 of my cycle it appears I have began my cycle again - I am not sure if to restart a course of SI again or wait it out and see if ovulation comes. Remember they work a lot like clomid - and I do not have my monthly naturally nor ovulate.
