Not sure what to think..

Ok so after m/c in Sept (used Clomid) I decided to try in Oct w/out Clomid, just Metformin (500mg2Xday). For 5 dpo my cm is very white and milky and stretchy..I have also had light cramps and very moody. I don't know if this is PMS...can anyone relate? My bbs don't feel sore, or bigger and no nausea. I don't know if this is too early to symptom spot..HELP!!
