Not sure when ovulation will happen after early MC

I had a mc on 17th Jan, im not sure when I ovulate, I was only 4 weeks 5 days pregnant and I was told by Dr's I could try straight away as it was such an early Mc. But how do I work out my rough ovulation dates? I use an app on phone that works out from periods etc and it is what I have used to get pregnant but what happens after a Mc?

If anyone could answer that would be great. x

I would use opks if u want t predict n tkes out the giessing anyway sorry for ur loss & good luck i hd mc in Nov too at 8 weeks so waited 2 cucles will b trying again ths cycle x

Hi there, I too had a MC in December at 6 weeks along. I have since had a period and we were trying this cycle again. I have bought OPKs but I think I missed my ovulation date, well either that or I just didn't ovulate which does happen to me.

I've decided that it probably didn't happen this month so I'll be starting again when AF shows and I'll use the OPKs from the beginning so that I don't miss anything this time.

I didn't use anything when I first go pregnant with my DD as I always just went by my EWCM but I'm 39 and I don't want to waste any time as I don't have any to waste!
