Not sure you can even see a nub? Anyone help?

Here is my 12 week +1 scan from today. I don't see a nub though. Can anyone else? Anyone want to make a guess for fun?

I'm going to be the oddball here and guess just because the nub looks like it is parallel with the spine. The larger area above the nub looks like part of the leg and is quite confusing.
