Has anyone tried these capsules to help regulate their cycles? I tend to have longer cycles(30-35 days) and id like to shorten them if i can. Were planning to start trying in July of this year. My goal is to maximize the amount of times we can try per year. I feel like with my long cycles, Im only getting like 8 tries. LOL!
