NTNP #2 - nausea good sign?

We are hoping to start trying for our second child in April! I'm super excited about it but scared at the same time cuz we have a 7month old who is still co-sleeping/nursing to sleep. So I'm still not getting much sleep at night.

Now I've been having nausea for three weeks!! I thought at first it was bug, but for three weeks?? My family doctor was sure I was pregnant but urine test came back negative. If I'm not pregnant there is definitely something wrong with me. It comes and goes but it's mostly at nighttimes and mornings. I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow.

Have you recently changed your breastfeeding patterns. I had nausea when my LO dropped his night feed. I thought I was pregnant too.

not really but we did start introducing solids and seems like I've had nausea since we started him on food.

I always feel nauseous at times and have headaches, I'm not pregnant but the headaches where the same as how I was with my sons pregnancy. Not sure what's causing it though :/
