NTNP with irregular periods

My LO is 5 months and my OH & I have just started NTNP but since my LO was born I've only had 1 period that lasted 2 days.
How do you other ladies manage to "keep track"? Should I log the times we DTD lol?

hey loving life . I have really irregular periods too. I have a period tracker on my phone and also signed up for fertility friend this month. Fertilityfriend seems to work a lot better for me. Just sign up and start recording your cycle days and symptoms and when you bd ! I temp now and use opks too just to see if I'm actually ovulating or not at all and you can record all those things on there too. It'll predict your fertile days and when your period should start! I know how frustrating it can be with irregular cycles!!
