Nurses - help - got an interview with a presentation and I'm stuck!

Basically, I have an interview on friday for a specialist nurse role.
I have to do a 10 minute presentation based on the following

In Todays NHS, the public and service users have high expectations on the care they receive and have, at times, had just cause to complain.
In light of the Francis Reports recommendations that we should be practising with candour, how will you, as a specialist nurse, provide assurance under scrutiny that your practice is providing the best possible service delivery, and your standards and skills are based on best practice?

I was going to go with policies and procedures, eveidence based practice, research and documentation.
However, there is a part of me that is thinking I have got the wrong end of the stick and I am going totally down the wrong path!!
