O spotting & blocks tubes?

I have been told I have blocked tubes after having lap.
I have noticed that sometimes I get spotting during ovulation I know I'm ovulating due to cycle/other signs & pain.

My question is if it is O bleeding then surely one of my tubes is open & doctors are wrong??
If it was mid cycle bleeding due to hormones I would get it every cycle...
Hoping for a mirical.
Would love to hear your views or success stories.
