Off to the Doctors I go!

So it's off to the doctors for me this afternoon. I have been TTC for 3 months but for the last 6-7 years have had lots of probs with irregular bleeding. plus 2 operations which discovered that my ovaries were stuck to my bowel (which they unstuck)
They never came up with an answer as to why all this was happening.
Well it all settled down at the start of the year and I thought things were back to normal. Not so lucky, the bleeding in between has all started again!
I am hoping that the doctor can give me some advice or do something for me.
I don't think that I am ovulating either as I have been using OPK's but haven't had a positive one yet!

Any ideas what the doctor might do or say??
