Off topic.. Happy for my sister!!

A little off topic from the 2WW, but just have to tell you!
I just found out my sister is pregnant!! I am sooooooo happy for her! I know I should be green with envy, but she has been trying for 14 months and has just last week had her first meeting with an IVF specialist. They did a blood test for prenancy "just in case" (she has had HEAPS of bloods taken over the last few months) and it came back positive!! Crazy!! She has PCOS and a prolactinoma (spelling!? - tomour on her prolactin gland) so they gave her very small odds of conceiving.
Anyway, just needed to share. I'm surprised I'm so unselfishly happy for her (she's my little sister) and it's nice to acknowledge it for once, rather than be the green monster I usually am when I find out other people are pregnant!! (Although I did have to tell her off for making the "it'll happen to you" comment to me!!)

aaawww thats fantastic news, how fantastic after 14 months and all the medical issues against her, bet she is over the moon. This story has actually brought a massive smile to my face aswell and fresh hope it can happen anytime xx

That's so great...I know what you mean though, when it's taken someone that long and they've been through so much you feel almost like they deserve it and you don't feel that envy...however when it's someone who it's just happened to without any trouble at all it does make me so mad!
