Sounds like genital warts/herpes to me, but I wouldn't know first-hand. If I'm not mistaken, they will probably want you to wait out your pregnancy before treating them. I think they freeze/burn off the warts.

Your husband needs to get checked ASAP so that he can get on medication, too.
