hi ladies

I was just wondering if and of you ladies could offer me some advice, im currently 15w 3d pregnant and my partner has been accepted for college on a course running aug - dec. Atm he claims for me and my little girl ( who will be 4 in oct) on his JSA claim (couples claim). I know that he will come of this because he can get a bursary and i will revert back to is, however there is like a 5 week period from my dd turning 4 till i qualify to be exempt from work due to pregnancy so will they make me claim jsa for those few weeks or will they keep me on is? will him being a student effect my hb as i am in a private let?

Thanks for any advice you can give in advance I am so stressed out about the new arrival coming and us not having any money as i know what the dwp can be like tryin to sort out new claims and feel like if he goes to college we will be chopping and changing benefits and tbh dont know if its worth all the hassle x

Is the course full time? If it is not im sure they wont stop you js, im not sure about your HB though

I'm confused as to why you think you'd revert back to IS? X

Hi ladies thanks for your replies however oh has decided against going to college as i have been classed as high risk pregnancy due to high bmi and previous section so he doesnt wanna miss all my hospital appointments. I thought i would have went back to IS for a few weeks if he did go to college because my daughter was under 4 x

I know this doesn't matter now, but if you were on jsa or IS your hb/Ctb wouldn't have been affected
