Hehe yep i'm definitely from England! Found out they got to take him home at 6am this morning and I think she's doing a lot better. This is from her mum though as she still hasn't replied to me. I don't want to push it obviously and make her feel worse as it's my due date today but I wish she'd let me speak to her. As long as she's okay though. Glad they're back home and apparently his big sister is loving having a little brother!

aww maybe it's a bit of post-natal depression.. especially if she didn't know, or if she had a feeling but chose to ignore it.. she probably doesn't know how to feel, maybe wasn't ready..?
i'm sure she'll come round, and sounds like her OH is lovely!

Ohh my goodness, the poor girl!
I can't even imagine how much of a shock it must have been!!
I hope everything turns out okay, do you think she may have known but just didn't tell anyone? Or just not known at all?

Yeah her daughter turned 1 last month so I don't think she wanted to be pregnant again so soon. I think she did know but didn't want to tell anyone and she won't have had any scans or anything so she probably didn't know just how far gone she was. She probably thought she had more time to get used to it/tell people so she's probably still in a great deal of shock! Yeah her OH hasn't been as supportive as he could've been in the past but he's great with their daughter and i'm sure he'll be great with their son too. I'm glad he's there looking after all three of them at the moment and she's got a supportive family too. Although her brother posted on facebook about it before she'd told everyone and as you can imagine she was fuming about that! She's taken him home now and he's feeding well apparently. She put some pictures up too so that's a good sign! I'm still leaving her alone for a bit because obviously she'll still be in shock and might not want me to see if she's not coping so well given that i'll be giving birth soon too. The village where we're from (me and OH moved away) is almost like desperate housewives at times so I really hope people don't give her too much of a hard time with the gossip etc!

Yeah! She's a great mum to her daughter and i'm sure it's just gonna take her some time to get used to. I'm still in shock so I can't imagine how she feels! Aww thank you I hope so! xxx
