Ok...a bit tmi..but does everyone get 'egg white cm' ???

I'm slightly worried as lots of ladies seem to say they notice fertile cm every month...

I don't think I do...only during

So...shall I be worried?? How often do you see it? Could I juts be missing it? and if I don't have it, is that because everyone is different, or because I don't ovulate??

Popcorn, I've never had ewcm that I can recall in my life! Maybe I've never produce enough to notice externally. However, I do notice watery cm on some cycles, and I think that is considered as fertile cm too!

It's normal hun, you can still get pregnant without it

Soy isoflavones have helped me in that department. I rarely ever get ewcm and I got TONS yesterday. I wouldn't take it unless you're irregular though. I'm also taking Evening Primrose Oil.. it's helped but not as much as soy. You take it everyday up to ovulation. Mucinex (with Guaifenesin ONLY) is supposed to help too.

Have you thought about Preseed or Conceive Plus? I have conceive plus and OH & I really like it. I insert it internally 15-30 minutes before we BD and it feels very natural. It's definitely worth the money!

Thanks hon, great advice- I will try evening primrose (already take it, didn't know i had to stop after ovulation) and if no BFP in 3 months try the soy supplement! xxx

I noticed it for the first time ever this month on Wednesday! BD'd Sunday & Tuesday so FX!!!!

I've never noticed it before, and fallen pregnant twice. I think I only noticed it this month because i'd read alot about it on sites whilst checking OV dates.

I can see why they say eggwhite cm but I think that can confuse some people. At first I it confused me. It just looks like mucus/snot. I wouldn't want to call it snotty cm though hahahah

It is true though. Had allergies this morning and well (sorry) when I sneezed a load of snot came out, and that really truly is was "egg white" cervical mucus looks like.

I do get it, about 2 weeks before AF -I have irregular cycles, but it always helps me to know when AF is due- its like... egg white.. not everyone has the same ovulation syntoms, so it means you dont need it to conceive! good luck!
