this whole 'press 1 for this' 'press 2 for that' is so effing annoying!!! not to mention 'just say yes or no' 'sorry i didn't understand you, please say yes or no if you think we are taking the p out of you'
omfg! annoying. THEN the operator has the cheek to say the info can't be 'varified and we will transfer you through to an advisor'
