On Crinone after IUI and have AF cramps

For those that have been on crinone or another progesterone supp, is it normal to have AF cramps during the 2WW? My IUI was 1 week ago. I have been having mild cramping but last night it was worse, it felt like I was literally on AF. Is this a side effect from the progesterone? Not sure if i am out already, but I know I can't start AF until I am off the progesterone supps, and my beta blood test is in 1 week. Thanks!

From my understanding progesterone suppositories resemble AF and gives those types of symptoms. Have you had any spotting?

no spotting so far... i am figuring it was from the suppositories. although at least my cramps have subsided somewhat!

That's good. Yeah, I definitely think the suppositories give major cramping and in some cases bleeding/spotting. How are you feeling? I had an IUI on Saturday, August 31st so a little over a week. It was my second. I am not on progesterone.

I had my first iui on 9/14. I am 8 dpo. My 6dpiui progresterone was 16.7 and I was prescribed Crinone. I have had some cramping as well.
