I was like that until this week now i'm like... stab my spine all you want!!!!! lol. I'm such a whimp though seriously, i just cannot deal with pain x

I also want a water birth, Im gonna ask if i can take a cd with me as well with some relaxing R&B music on, just to see if that will help me calm down

I think it changes alot because its filmed at different times of day, also the midwifes rotate between labour ward and the ward upstairs broadlands (which is a bit like a birth centre) there is also a birthing centre in the forest and they all sort of rotate x I loved Princess Annes. I had lovely treatment x

Yeah my OH is sensative too, but im sure they will let us off just this once for being mean. I think we have a right to after all

Awwh I felt so sorry for the poor lady who had to be put to sleep, her hubby got all dressed in his scrubs and he was told he couldn't join her .... but the baby was in distress and i'm guessing they couldn't put the spinal in quick enough? Glad they were all okay in the end though!
& that couple playin cards was cute lol, he made me laugh when he said look baby, we have a baby..haha

I reeeeally don't want an epi at all, my Mum's cousin had it and they messed it up and did something bad to her spine and she was in agony for weeks and couldn't do anything with her baby And I've heard loads of people who've had to have it done like 5 times and it still didn't work properly. Talked about it a lot with Mum and if she could do it with G&A then so can I!! The one thing I've learned from One Born Every Minute is when you're pushing don't make so much noise!! When you're shouting and stuff all the force from your push is coming out your mouth but if you grit your teeth and keep it shut the force pushes downwards = much more effective x
