It is filmed at the hospital I delivered at! It is a great hospital, but not one the "posh"ist. There is one in a near suburb that is new that I was dying to deliver at, the recovery room has 2 flat screen tv's a queen size pull out sofa for dad's and 24 hour food service. Can't complain too much though, it is still pretty nice.

My understanding is that it's very different and very anti-natural birth - ie epis pushed on women etc.
