One bout of sickness and then nothing....

Hi there, I'm 5 weeks today and am not feeling particularly pregnant. I had one bout sickness and diarrhoea on Saturday night and nothing since. Has anyone else ever had this where those where the only symptoms once? I had a mmc in December and I remember getting something similar so of course now I'm convinced it's going to happen again .....

I only had one bout of sickness. It was in the middle of the night when I was 6 weeks. Nothing since at all. I've had 1st tri pretty easily. I'm 12 weeks today and have only really had tiredness.

Thanks shakeitout, I was just worried because I think this happened with my mmc and I was wondering if history was repeating itself. I have to wait another two weeks before I could get a reassurance scan as they wouldn't be able to tell me anything just now anyway. Just have to be patient x
