Ok so Im not even pregnant yet and when I do get pregnant, I think Ill have a boy first. Joshua will be his name. No middle name yet.

But as for a girl I like a few names but the one I am playing around with in my head at the moment is Evangeline:cloud9:

The surname is Ponce De Leon (Yep like the explorer) so its a little tricky. I figure if Evangeline is her name, her middle name should be one syllable to make the whole name flow... What do you guys think??

Suggestions?

Since you're a christian, Grace or Faith would be cool.

I think faith is cute but I guess I dont want her name to sound like... TOO HOLY you know I mean?

Not that there is anything wrong with that at all.. I just feel like its so cliche. 95% of the babies born into my church have biblical names. I was impressed when my friend named her daughter Angelina Juet (made up the juet part too).

Evangeline and Joshua ARE biblical names (not evangeline but it comes from evangelize)

I hope I didnt just offend anyone with what I said lol!

Evangeline Sky
Evangeline Skye

Hmm..

I like the Mae/May idea . Hope is also pretty :winkwink:. xx

To be honest I think I wouldn't go for a middle name at all. Both the first name and your last name are quite long and they flow just perfectly together. I wouldn't 'force' a middle name in there if you don't have a name you definetly want to use in honour of someone.

My middle name is Joy. Might work here?

Evangeline Joy Ponce De Leon

Joy is pretty actually!

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I do think that leaving it without a middle name sounds good also. But I guess I had it in mind that if she grew up and didnt like Evangeline, she could always have a "backup" name lol!

Well We will see when the time comes!!..whenever that will be!
