My last AF was on 5/16. My cycles are 28 days. DH and I BD'd 5/20 5/22 5/26 5/28 5/29 and 5/31.

I *really* wanted to BD on the 30th but DH wasnt feeling well so it didnt happen. I cant stop obsessing over it gahhhhh and I am not even close to being able to test yet. The only "symptom" Im having is white sticky CM that started at 4dpo (it was clear and watery before that). I honestly cant recall if I get it every month. Im so afraid of getting my hopes up but I cant help hoping...

Where are you in your tww? Any insight on my cycle? How are you relaxing---share your wisdom with me!

I'm CD4 today so was in a 2ww not that long ago! It can be rough, I felt early on that I wasn't pregnant just had a lot of energy & really had no symptoms. But still drove myself crazy hoping for a BFP.

I found this article a little amusing! 50 things to do during the 2ww! ;) https://www.babymed.com/getting-pregnant/50-things-do-2ww

First, your bd days this cycle look great! Do you know when you definitely O'ed? Hoping for you -- :dust::bfp:

My last AF was May 19th, and we were only able to bd cd7, CD10, CD13 and CD14 (I o'ed on CD14). Now 2 dpo and I agree, the waiting is tough!!!! Although I now have a UTI, and I'm on meds so the wait is even harder because I'm so scared it'll mess up implantation (the doc says it doesn't...)

I know everyone says try to relax, but for me saying that makes it worse haha. Here's what I do to pass the time...:dohh:

-Stay positive and think positive (i.e. think about the fun things like baby names, nursery themes, how to tell your DH, friends, family, etc.)

-Keep busy. <-- honestly, the only thing that really works for me. I made sure to set up tons of plans from dinners with friends, to going to the movies, to over time work, cooking elaborate meals, starting a new TV series that I can't stop watching - whatever. It all ends up being fun, plus the days pass by much faster.

This month we bought a house (haha, seriously) so with having the inspection this Thursday and then the purchase and sales next Tuesday, I'm VERY distracted.

Do you know when you'll start testing? Some people like to wait until their missed periods, some 10po.

Laska: Thank you for that article it certainly made me chuckle! Hoping you get your bfp very soon!

DoubleLines (love the username btw): THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart! You just made my day by saying our BD days look good. I guess we all need a little reassurance sometimes. Those tips are really helpful for me! I went for a quick run and it really helped take my mind off of things and improve my outlook on things. I have been feeling a bit grumpy today and I really want to make an effort to be positive and optimistic! It is what it is and making myself miserable wont change the end result.

I believe that I O'd on the 29th as that was CD 14 and I was having watery and clear cm. According to a few different online calculators though, they say I O'd on the 30th. I had a big glob of ewcm on in the morning of the 30th though that I noticed while using the bathroom. I havent been getting ewcm as much as I used to so I was pretty excited about that. Which is why I was disappointed I couldnt BD on the 30th too. Hopefully the swimmers from the days before and the day after are enough :|

As for testing I always swear I will wait to miss AF but Im sure I will start on 10dpo because Im a POAS addict.

Again, thank you for the kind words....actually my sanity thanks you! :)

Anytime! Clearly I am distracting myself by writing novels on the forum... :happydance:

I find the online calculators just immediately assume O date is standard and aren't always accurate. Going by CM definitely helps pinpoint it more accurately. It's funny you say that about the glob of EWCM - but I definitely O'd on the 1st (got my second peak fertility on a digi and lots of clear wet CM) and then this morning, 2dpo I got (just one) glob of EWCM. It's hard because I have never scrutinized my cycles so much so maybe this always happens to me? (Sorry if that was TMI)

I still think you had a great bd'ing cycle :winkwink:

Your BD days look spot on as well. I should probably use opks as that worked for me on the first cycle with my m/c...BUT I felt like I was driving myself looney tunes POAS constantly and trying to decipher if the darn thing was + or not because I am far too cheap to buy the digital opks with the smiley face. I even agreed with DH that we would be super laid back when we (finally) agreed we were both ready to ttc again. Lo and behold I am a nutcase anyway :)

The ewcm--I used to get copious amounts of the stuff just falling out. Im not sure when that stopped? I dont think I have had much all this year. I too only had the one string of it hanging out when I went potty. There is no such thing as TMI here right? :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your mc.

I told my DH it would be fun, I would be relaxed and just let what is meant to happen happen... fast forward all of like two weeks and I'm ordering boxes of digi clear blue ovulation tests from Amazon...(the other kinda I could never tell which line was darker)

I actually found not knowing my exact O date was driving me so insane, that at least this cycle in the TTW I actually feel relief. Like, ok we bd 3 days prior, day prior and day of, and we had fun too (I had a fear it would become too forced).

Not that it makes the wait go by any faster!

I think the EWCM for me at least, changes monthly depending on my diet, exercise, etc.

I agree, the wait is just terrible! It was bad enough waiting until DH was ready to try again...and even if we do get bfp...9 mos til baby! Ahh. Patience is not one of my virtues, clearly.
Keep me updated! We can symptom spot together!

I had to stop at the drugstore on my way home from work to pick up shampoo & started feeling quite odd! All flushed and a bit lightheaded, then chills and a bit nauseated. It was very odd and didnt last long. I still feel flushed though. I have chills at the same time, if thay makes sense! I hope Im not coming down with something as I believe it is far to early to be having symptoms!

Patience isn't mine either!

Hmm everything I read always makes me think I won't really feel symptoms until after implantation but I secretly like to track every feeling post ovulation just to see. I'm sure many of them can be caused from progesterone but whatever it's exciting!

So far I have:

O day - lots of EWCM
1 dpo - hot flashes, but I tend to run warm
2 dpo - glob of ewcm. exhausted and headache

I like keeping track of my symptoms too! Even if it is AF, at least then you will know for the next month.
Perfect example: I was looking back at old threads of mine from this year and I mentioned that at 7dpo I checked my cervix and had white cm come out. Hmmm so I am guessing I do have it every month so there goes that "pregnancy symptom". Boo. I do think I am having more than usual as I dont have to check my cervix to find it, I can sort of feel it coming out. Sorry that is just gross.
I particularly like one thread I came across on here. It's like the ultimate symptom spotters dream. You comment your symptoms by dpo and then if AF comes you go back and turn the text red. If you get bfp you turn it green! I spent nearly an hour on there one day reading all the symptoms for my current dpo. Ha!

Haha, don't worry, nothing is gross to me anymore on here!

OMG I would totally spend hours on that thread!

thanks, I found it!

and the stalking/symptom spotting addiction has begun...:happydance:

I am in the same boat. I am experiencing symptoms too!

Hi! :flower:
What kind of symptoms are you experiencing?

I have to admit, this morning I'm feeling pretty normal. It's kind of hilarious that I am wishing for sore bbs and morning sickness...haha

I am having mild cramping on and off today. Same white cm. About 6dpo here. Hmm when to test? I might need to take some sneaky ones this weekend ;)

mild cramping is good!!

I think the earliest I have seen anyone on here get a :bfp: was 8dpo, but that was the one single person. Otherwise I see people getting them around 10dpo on frer. Ahh, I really hope this is the cycle for you! :dust:

My patience is definitely wearing thin at 3dpo... :coffee:

Thanks! I hope this is your lucky cycle too! I am still having the light cramping. It really isnt bad, somewhat of a nuisance really. When I was running today I noticed a vety "wet" feeling down there so I went to the bathroom to check it out. I had a good amount of the white cm and what appears to be tiny pinpricks of brown *I think*. I actually honestly cant tell if they are blood or not. I dont typically spot mid-cycle and this is only cycle day 20. My period has been early before but not ever CD 20 early. I attached a pic of it. At the risk of tmi, I would appreciate another set of eyes. I understand if Im asking too much :) Also, I checked my cervix with my finger and only got the white cm, no blood. Maybe Im seeing things. I pray this isnt AF coming early!
