It is so much more relaxed! No cooking, just salad and leftovers, sitting in front of the telly for most of the day, online sales shopping, and most of all no mess!!!!

No no I wouldn't ...just feels like we had a nice family day now the hype is over back to reality!

Going to watch the soaps I missed soon and chip butties for dinner maybe even sway the OH to put the drawers up for the kids new room

TOday was nice and relaxed.. well not true.. I did venture out to the mall to get some things that were all sold out I did get some nice clothes as a treat to myself. And then Angelynn puked all over her new outfit so I had to go get one from wal-mart and wait in line!! It was a madhouse!
But for all of the afternoon DH and Angel and I just sat on the couch and watched tv on our new 42" plasma
Although I was quite sad when I heard the last christmas song on the radio.. after that they went back to regular music. I wanted to cry!

As a kid I loved Boxing Day as I could play all day with my toys and check them out, etc.

As an adult, I am sad on Boxing Day. All those months preparing for Christmas to have Christmas gone in the blink of an eye and reality sets back in.

Guess it can't be Christmas every day.

I love boxing day!!! I went shopping!!!! LOL... Up at the crack of dawn, but worth it!
bought some movies, toilet paper (WOO HOO!) and other things that were on for amazing prices.
Then we went to OH's parents for our Christmas dinner there!
