Opinions on Boy Names?

I have been thinking a lot about boy names. I am only 11 weeks but I have pretty much decided on girl names but 'feel' like I am having a boy (strange I know...) BUT I am having trouble with boy names...

The middle names will be Aaron James (Brother in law, and my Uncle's middle name)

Lucas Aaron James
Evan Aaron James
Samuel (Sam) Aaron James

I think Lucas Aaron goes the best, though I think Evan is the nicest first name
