well i used then last month and never really got a positive,ive had bloods done and came back saying everything was ok and i was ovulating,the advice i need is when is best time to use then?and last time i was drinking brews then testing not long after,could that be the reason why they wasnt showing up as a dark positive the line was always light never dark

yeah it could just be that you took the tests with FMU or they were diluted - the problem with OPKs is that they just tell you when you have an LH surge - they dont confirm that you have ov'd

The only way to know for sure is to temp

its very cheap and easy to do (ebay or amazon £4)
