So I my OPK was negative on CD 24 at 6 am and then positive (same color as control) at 5pm.
On CD 25, it was positive and darker than the control line. Rechecked it at noon and it was still positive. At 10pm it was negative and negative again on CD 26.
Based off OPKs, when did I ovulate? Do you ovulate before it turns negative (like sometime after noon and before 10pm on cd 25?) or once it's negative you ovulate sometime after that Like today on CD 26? My temp spiked on cd 25 for some reason but is back down today on cd 26 so I'm totally confused! Could I ovulate today and that's why the lower temp? I was thinking I had to have ovulated yesterday evening but my temp was down today.. Hmm.
