OPK drying?

No pics just a question..

Can't figure out WHY I havne't gotten a postive OPK yet.

I've been lookin over my Wondfo OPKs and noticed Wednesday mornings dried much darker than the rest. Could I be wrong? Could this have been the "tail" of my positive or am I crazy. How closely do you adhere to the five minute rule?

I have been testing every 12 hours and I've got nothing.

I usually give my Wonfos 5-15 mins but when they're positive they seems to get even darker as time passes, But it should've still looked positive when wet and not just when dry.
