Do you hold your pee for hours before you test?

What time of the day is best to test?

I used to test everyday at 2 pm...but should I be testing later and holding intake of fluids hours before testing?

Any help is great Thankx

On my tests it says to not drink for 2hrs before testing & the best time to test is between 10am & 8pm. I've just done a test (3.30pm) and it was negative but the darkest negative I've ever had so I'm really hoping I'll get a positive soon. I'm gonna test again tonight cos it's possible to miss yr surge if you only test once a day (i.e. I could have a surge at 5pm today & by the time I test again tomorrow at 3.30pm the surge will have gone so I'll get a negative again) so I'd recommend testing at least twice a day, maybe 3 times a day just before you think you should be O'ing - I'm gonna test 3 times a day now till I get one.
