Opk question for anyone who uses them :)

Does anyone find their line darkness fluctuates in the lead up to o? Just when I think they're finally getting darker the next one is back to a barely there line!
And I always hold my wee 3-4 hours, no fluid and not using fmu.

Not every test but this month I had 3 days of positives and on the first day, at dinner time after holding pee for 5 hours (and I don't drink much in general!) it was barely there...but then next pee it was back to positive -.- it's annoying!
