Opk question

Firstly sorry if this is a stupid question!!

I bought some OPKs and am still getting used to them. I know that once I get a positive opk it means that I am likely to ovulate in the next 24-36 hours.

I got a positive opk yesterday but my DH and I didn't BD. My opk today has been negative, does this mean I have missed my chance or if we BD today am I still in with a chance I getting a BFP this month?

Any advice would be great, thanks

I'd definitely still BD today if you can! x

Did you BD one or two days prior to that? Sperm can survive for quite some time, so BDing even a few days before Oing can be good.

DH had some bad news recently so wasn't to feeling up to BDing in the few days leading upto getting a positive opk.

We did BD yesterday and I had a lot of EWCM still so there is a little part of me hoping I am still in with a chance this month, although I am trying to be realistic that I am probably out this month.
