Sorry to hear your milk hasn't come in, I had problems with mine, and took about 1.5 weeks to come in properly and for her to feed properly, so if you are keen to bf, then just hang in there and keep trying - although I know how stressful it is when there's a hungry baby. I ended up giving Layla a bit of formula too until my milk came in properly.
