Our smaller Christmas

So this year we've decided to cut back even more. My siblings/mum/grandparents have also decided to not buy for adults which has helped a lot.

This year I'll be buying for
Dad/Step Mum - Disney tree ornaments (1each) and a box of chocs
Half Sister/her partner -
Nephew - 4 tshirts, book, beatbot toy, Dino building blocks & stacking cups
Partner - SNES mini, Mario Odyssey, Donkey Kong 3, Pokémon socks

I've also decided instead of giving a stocking to my three, I'm going to try and make a 'surprise egg' that they all love watching on YouTube and fill them instead!!

Amazing lists hun.

Loving the suprise egg idea may borrow that if you don't mind. My girls sit and watch those blasted videos for ages driving me totally insane

We are doing something similar this year as we are flying out to spain for two weeks last minute. OH has his own civil engineering business so needs a good break. We are going to have christmas then fly out possibly boxing day. So have decided to try and cut back slightly. If this happens it will be proper willpower on my behalf

We stopped buying for adults in the family a few years ago and it makes it so much easier. We did decide we missed having presents though so now do a secret Santa between all of us which is fun!

Smaller christmas here too. I usually have OH huge family to buy for but due to a falling out and them ignoring my daughter's for a year we aren't buying them anything.

Im not sure whether to buy or make the egg. It'd be cheaper to make but i think it might be quite hard to hide whilst its drying etc?
