Out of control teen...HELP

Ok so I have 3 kids 16,7 and a 5 month old. My daughter (16yo) literally has no respect for me what so ever, she’s very lazy and just wants to lay in bed all day on the phone to her gf (she’s gay) I get she’s a teen and that’s what they do etc but I’m trying to have some structure and routine for my 7 yo boy with him being off school so he has to do work, I have her teacher phone me up a couple of times saying she needs to submit stuff for her exam that she took just before school closed otherwise she would fail but all she did was moan about it and moans about any work she’s been sent and she won’t do it. Today we got into a massive row (it’s been brewing) and she was swearing at me and then slapped me on the arm. I phoned her dad straight away to come get her and he did but I don’t really know where to go from here I’m soo angry about her behaviour and they way she constantly speaks to me like crap and also I don’t want her brother to think it’s acceptable to treat me like that any suggestions how we get passed this as I feel she has gone too far this time and I’m still to angry to even talk to her at the moment x

How do you act towards her? How does her dad? Where is she learning this is ok?

She needs rules and discipline. You need to stick to them.

Basically she threw a fit like a 2yr old and got to run away. That's not acceptable either
