I don't know, I had my first period very early though.. lochia ended after only a couple days for me, 2 weeks later my period arrived!
It's probably CM to clear everything out. I BF and had a period at 9, 15 and 19 weeks (so back to normal now). I am pretty sure I've ovulated between the 2nd and 3rd. But there has generally been quite a lot of discharge anyway. A lot of clearing out to do after 9 months no-action I think.
