Dancingtree I get mine from a company called home health, they arrive in a discrete box which is important when like me you forget that your paypal address is your office ha ha ha.
What is important with opks is that the pee has to be a bit concentrated, and you can't test first thing, it has to be between 11:00 - 21:00 (or whatever it says on the box) the hormone is only synthesized in your body during the day not night time. This also means that you can't drink much liquid for about 2 hours beforehand, which can be a challenge if, like me, you are a big water drinker.
If you test and the pee is diluted it will probably give you a negative which might cause you a bit of stress - so ya gotta hold da pee!
