Hi Ladies,

I need to know what you ladies think!
I'm having this awkward, dull, full feeling in my lower stomach(sought of where my uterus is). Its been like this for 3 days. I had my first round of Fertomid/Clomid this cycle from cd3-7 and according to my gynea, the egg should've been ripe on cd14. I'm currently on cd15 and the feeling I have since cd13.
I'm not sure if its the fertomid that can be causing this or if its a bladder infection!
Could it just be that maybe my eggs grew to big and that the cause?

Please, I need your advice!

Thanks so much!

Hi, I have had bladder infections in the past. When I did I would normally have pressure that feels like the constant feeling ofr having to go to the bathroom and sever pain / burning while urinating. If you arent experiencing the pain or burning while urinating I would think it is possibly just your ovary getting ready to ovulate. When I was on Clomid I did experience the pressure your describing just before ovulating (got severely worse when I did for an hr or so but then went away). Hope you get your BFP !

Thanx for the reply lele316.

I just don't know what it could be!
Think I should go to the doctor tomorrow, just to make sure.

Thanx again:)

No problem hope everything is ok and you get some answers

Hi there,

Not sure... it might be ovulation. UTI's for me are normally pretty excruciating when I get one - It would cause me trouble urinating (like a very painful burning sensation) and in some cases I would urinate blood (not that I get them all that often). For me personally, it's not a dull ache but more of a sharp pain.

Ovulation can cause aching and if you've just started Clomid it could be causing you to ovulate more that one follicle - hence causing you to feel more uncomfortable.

I wish you the best of luck xxx

Lele316- I hope so too!

Jonesbaby19- thanx for the response. UTI's- what does it stand for?
I don't have the burning sensation when going to toilet.
If it were to be ovulation pain, do you think it will last for 3 days?

LOL.... Sorry - UTI stands for Urinary Tract Infection (bladder infection).

My ovulation pains sometimes last for 2-3 days also... so it might be ovulation? I tend to think it is ovulation (and hope so for your sake :) ) .... and that it's an extra strong ovulation for you this month caused by the Clomid.

Fingers crossed! xx
