Ovulation pain

Hello ladies, just wondering what your experience was of ovulation pain? Do you get it bang on the day of ovulation or before or after ovulation? I thought you only got it on the day of ovulation.

Just had mega stitch like pains right down in my lower abdomen for about 2 hours this morning? Now I just feel a bit achy down there??

Also had some spots few days ago and never get acne and had lower back pain for last few days?

Last bd on Monday night as OH been away. On cd23 today but irregular cycles so who knows where I am!? Could this pain be ovulation pain or even implantation pain? Do you think I'm still in with a shout if last bd on monday?

Sorry, loads of questions!! Any help would be fab

this is my first month with ov pain - i thik i ov'd on sunday then cramps mon-wed. felt like af was coming
