Hi ladies,

Just wondering when the best time in the day to test for ovulation using the sticks.. Also how many times a day do you test and when??

Some people do twice a day. One in the morning and one directly after noon. So if you wake up at 6, do one. Then do another at 12-1 pm "ish". If the line has gotten darker in that time frame, get busy!!!

I test when I get up just because I'm an addicted..... But I also test late morning/ early afternoon and again in the evening between 6.00pm- 7.30pm!

I use the wondfo's at 11 a.m. and 5-6 p.m. - you are not supposed to use them with FMU. I've gotten a great positive all 3 months I've been ttc doing it this way!

Opks are not advised to do in morning. Best time would be between 10am and 8pm.
