My previous employer didn't send me mine, countless calls to them and I'm getting nowhere. I was advised to call inland revenue to request a copy but the website is confusing me and I don't know what number to ring anybody who can help lol?

Can't they have you fill out a P46 instead?

This is for employers but it shows you don't *need* your P45, it's just easier...
