Page not loading?

I'm wondering if someone may be able to help me please?

When I sometimes try to upload a new thread, only the top half of BnB shows up? It has the Momtastic and Home buttons, but nothing else?

I end up having to refresh my page to get the whole page/thread to turn up.

Is anyone else experiencing the same? And does anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?
