Pain and cramping at 8 weeks after two c sections

Hi all
Im around 8 n half wks now. Last few days the lower tummy ache has got stronger. Its been niggly so far and was in my last pregnancy (a twin one) and midwife said it was scar tissue stretching as i was carrying two. This time tho an early scan has only found one yet ive been in quite a bit pain last couple of days. I get the sharp pull pains on right side if i move too quickly but its not just that. It feels like heavy period pain. Im now convinced my boobs arent as sore and something is wrong. Im at midwife on monday. Ive also had two miscarraiges (one missed at 12 wks and one at 5 weeks - most recent). So im naturally paranoid.
Anyone had similar pains after sections or even without?

I got aches and pains in my last pregnancy after my first csec and this time after I have had two it can feel very heavy over my scar right from the start with lots of stabbing pains but I’ve not had cramps or period type pain,I really hope someone else can put ur mind at ease abit more on here hun and truly hope it is just stretching for u xx
