I'm at 8DPO - I don't really feel pregnant. We've been TTC for about 3 months. I've had two past pregnancies and neither were planned, so I don't remember what happened in the first few weeks. 
Maybe my question is a sign of pregnancy, or an anomaly, or a medical condition I should get checked out? I've also had really bad diarrhea today. And been very mildly nauseous and emotional - but nothing that couldn't be easily explained by a dozen other reasons.
I had a tubal for an ectopic pregnancy about a year ago on my left side. It hasn't ever bothered me. I still have good ovary on the left side.
This month particularly (at about 7DPO) I had a day's worth of sharp/stabbing pains on my left side, right under the tubal scar. I'm sure it was around the left side Ovary or tube scar or something like that? The pain wasn't intense, but it was kind of saying, "Hey, something is going on in here, notice it!"
Anyone experience this? Could it be scar tissue? Or I understand there can be a cyst on my ovary maybe?
Or if this is a sign of pregnancy, why would it be pain on the left side where I had the tube removed?
