Hi ladies
This is my third pregnancy, and I feel like an idiot for not knowing what this is.. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and over the last week I've felt a sharp pain in my right side that starts from my hip and down the side, sometimes it's a cramp and other times it's like a sharp pinch.. It's really worrying me as I'm on my own and it can be really painful.. I've read online that it could be round ligament pain, but it happens even when I'm sitting still and not moving.. Really scaring me, anyone else had this?

it's totally normal, mine happens when I stand, sit or am laying and turn over.
