Pains, aches, cramps etc?... 13 weeks.

I feel like this is my first pregnancy all over again, I don't remember much from the first so it feels brand new again.

So, pains aches cramps etc what's normal and what's not ?

I've had lower abdo pains all night so haven't slept a wink, feel like sharp stinging pains, not constant they are on and off but they are still there when I'm relaxing so not always when I'm moving around like round ligament pain would..

Will they just be stretching pains ?

The last two days have been hell with pains for me! Mine have generally been high up, which I have thought to be strange! This is my third pregnancy and they say the pains get worse wth pregnancies, which I find backward! But I am learning it is very true!

I would say, yes, stretching pains as the uterus is moving up and baby is now getting bigger in there and growing rapidly. Hopefully it passes soon for the both of us!
