PAL and possible missed miscarriage...

I am currently pregnant after having two recurrent losses. My midwife told me to prepare for my third loss due to having an ultrasound with a baby but no hb. What I was wondering to those who have had a missed miscarriage did your levels continue to rise after you found out growth had stopped and do you know how high they got before they either started to go down or you started bleeding?

Hey sorry I am not much help as I didn't have my bloods tested, that's not really a common thing in Ireland but with my mmc I never started bleeding, I was 12 weeks when I found out baby was only measuring 8+3 so even after nearly 3 weeks my body didn't realise anything was wrong. I think what was a warning sign with that pregnancy though was I didn't get a bfp until af was 14 days late, had tested at about 11 days late and got a bfn.
