PAL Winter 2010/2011 Mummies Group

Gosh Jo he is rolling over early well done maddox. i cant beleive he has already rolled, chloe keeps making it look like she is about to roll over but doesnt.
How is everyone doing?

We're on infacol already Jo. D is an expert farter but really struggles with his burps x

ive put some more pics of chloe on my jornal

We've had a day or two from hell. Got infacol today for lil man and it seems to help, I think I'm having a supply issue atm, he always seems hungry, I had a bottle of ebm i'd managed to get 4oz, he fed from me for 10 mins then started fussin at my boob. Winded him and tried to get him to feed again with no luck offered ebm and he took the 4oz off the bat and is now asleep. . . So I'm going to start expressing more often to try and get more supply

Aww bless ya jo hope you can get a better supply soon def express more to help. I was told the best time to express is in the morning as you have the most hormones going round yout body. Hope it gets better x

Just thought I'd share this little video of Zoey :cloud9: She seems to have really changed this last week, always smiling and gurgling to her toys bless her.

I put some lovely chrismtas pic of chloe on my jornal including ones with the chrismtas tree and her with our snowman :D

welcome kimmy - Added Archie t the front page:)

maddox is awake more and more now, and feeding is slowly getting better

Hi Jo! We're good thankyou, how are you? Just when I thought we were settling into some kind of routine the midwife came visiting halfway through nap time and totally messed it up :(

grr i hate routines being messed with, i noticed a massive difference in maddox the 2 weeks we've had visitors. hes now settled back into a nice 3hrs routine,

hope you get bk into routine too xx

I'm banging my head off the wall today :3

Daughter's school is closed this week because of the snow. She's fairly autistic and finds most of her amusement in throwing/banging things and also she has developed a horrendous hacking cough that keeps her up all night.

Vincent is doing well, very healthy, I haven't had him weighed in 2 weeks but I'd say he's around 12lb! But, as the thermometer tells me it is about... 12C inside my house I have him wrapped in a warm knitted sleeping bag and he's slept most of the day and yesterday.

I'm dreading trying to get him to sleep tonight as he's impossible to settle in his crib and DH has been getting him to sleep in his bouncy chair/cradle as he got used to it with having a cold last month. DH works in a pub and is in till past midnight tonight, so I'll be heading up early to try and get him to sleep in his crib.

I'm impressed with anyone that can even try to get into a routine this early, even though I have a very strict routine with Lenny due to her autism, the baby does whatever he wants still :D

:hugs: Vinushka

Maddox doesnt have a routine as such, i aim to have him settled in his moses upstairs by 10:30 and myself in bed by 11, and for us to be up and downstairs by 9am - thats as far as i get lol

im hoping to slowly introduce a set bathtime, and to start getting dressed myself by 10am . . . lol

Chloe doesnt have a set daytime routine which i dont really mind. In the evening she cluster feeds and then she goes to sleep between 10 and 10.30 and then in last few days she has only been getting up once in the night at about 4.30 before getting up around half 7, how lovely its been to have such a long sleep and for a good few days running to. Chloe doesnt mind going down in her moses basket at all, tbh i find she dislikes going to sleep in the day more than the evening.

Shes got her 1st jabs tomorrow :(

Ive been buying her more christmas pressies too she must have at least 25 now :haha:

I had to top the little dude up with formula this evening :( His growth spurt has started and he's actually sucked me dry. Went to express a little to put his Colief in and nothing came  Gutted.

Hopefully boobies will catch up tomorrow.

Mine are usually 24 hour behind hun. They'll catch up. I find I get the most ebm on a morning, I them pop it in fridge and use on an evening when Maddox cluster feeds

I'm thinking about delaying Vincent's jabs for a few months because of the weather and a few other reasons. I didn't really want him having them at all really but I'm not sure how long I can keep all the angry mob at bay.

Been really frustrated and angry at nothing in general lately, which usually is a sign that I'm going into depression. I've broken 2 pairs of glasses from sheer annoyance because I hate the feeling of them on my face. Unfortunately I'm also quite blind so it feels like I'm really trapped in my tiny corner now.

Gotta get some contacts, but DH is working constantly right now. Do any of you find it much easier to settle baby in a routine when it's just you and them? I find that daddy is such a huge distraction it makes settling him impossible.

i find i cope easier when davids at home, however when in laws were here it was a nightmare,

if u dont want V to have the jabs its up to you hunni,

hope your not going into a down :hugs:
