Panadol Extra tablets

Hey girls,

i've got such a bad head right now can i take panadol extra tablets??

just plain paracetamol tablets chick nothing stronger x

The 'Extra' is caffiene to speed up the effect of the paracetamol. With the current publicity on caffeine and pregnancy, I wouldn't risk it. It doesn't work that much quicker anyways, so paracetamol is just as effective

They're just paracetamol with caffine and it's really up to you how you feel about having caffine in pregnancy.
