paracetamol on an empty stomach?

is it ok do to.. i know some things cant be taken on am empty stomach but i really need to take paracetamol cuz if i eat anything i will be sick

Should be ok. Its things like ibuprofen and aspirin you should eat food with x

yeah i was very sick and needed something for my headache and stomach ache but much better now thanks ladies
