paracetamol?

Is it safe to take paracetamol? I have a headache from hell on the way and wondering if I take just 1 to take the edge off it would it be ok?
I would make my way to bed but my lovely hubby has gone to get me a big mac lol xx

Paracetamol is fine, it's ibroprofen you need to be careful with.

Paracetamol is fine. Ibuprofen not sure. Asprin no because it thins the blood.

Its only hit me as I didnt have time for a half hour nap today.
