I TOLD Stan that's what it was and he told me it was something else

I've never had one  So how do you cook it?

i would say the best way is to roast it or to put it in a stew yum yum

mmm parsnips vickie, my very favourite!! you can do all sorts with them - peel them and remove there little core, and they can be boiled and mashed, or my fav roasted! hannah would probably like to hold one. they are quite fragranced and yummy! and maddi's fav too :D xx

Oh man, they are SO yummy!

I parboil them for 5 mins (no longer, as they cook quicker than carrot) and then roast them in the oven for about 45mins with some olive oil over them.

For you and stan, add rock salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey. Mmmmm

For Kaysie and my other children we cut them like chips and roasted them.
